I recently got a email from one of our MAX Workout Club members (Thanks Tony!) about a tool he uses to keep track of his calories. I know… counting calories… who has the time right? But the truth is it’s necessary if you’re serious about losing weight. It’s sort of like keeping a food journal—once you get started it’s actually not that bad.

As you may already know, I’m not the biggest fan of static stretching. Which is why you won’t see any photos or videos of me doing any static stretching in my book or website. But, there is one static stretch that I do like. It’s a Hip Flexor Stretch.
