Use This Free Tool To Help Shed Those Extra Pounds
I recently got a email from one of our MAX Workout Club members (Thanks Tony!) about a tool he uses to keep track of his calories. I know… counting calories… who has the time right? But the truth is it’s necessary if you’re serious about losing weight. It’s sort of like keeping a food journal—once you get started it’s actually not that bad.

The great thing about this tool is that you can be as detailed as you want to be or as general as you want to be. The most important thing is that you have a good idea of what it is that you’re putting into your body. This will make sticking to your dietary plan sooo much easier.
The only minor hassle is customizing your food data. You’ll need to put foods along with their calories and nutritional components into the program at first, but after that it’s a cinch. Most of us end up eating about 80 - 90% of the same things over and over again so it won’t be something you’ll have to very often.
There are plenty of different types of diets out there, but in the end it does come down to one thing. Calories in vs. calories out.
