Can I do MAX Workouts if I am obese?

If you are extremely overweight, the intensity of the workouts may be too high for you at the moment. It’s recommended that you lose some weight first, then come back and try MAX WORKOUTS when you’re ready to take your fitness and weight-loss to the next level and fine tune your results. However, if you’re overweight (but not obese) and have been struggling to drop the extra pounds, tried other programs and plateaued, or experienced the ups and downs of yo-yo weight-loss, MAX WORKOUTS will get you on the fast-track to a leaner, stronger, fitter you.
