  1. There's a good chance your question has already be answered in the online FAQ. Due to the sheer volume of email I receive daily, I’ve put together an extensive question & answer section so please check there before contacting me.
  2. When sending email, please be patient. The best way to ensure a quick reply is to be very specific in your subject heading. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response (customers receive top priority).
  3. If you are a customer and an active online club member you also have the option to post your question in the members-only online forums where you can get answers from myself and other members. Please check the club FAQ for questions regarding your membership (how to cancel, reset your password, update your profile, etc...).
