Do I have to belong to a gym to do the workouts?

No.  MAX Workouts can be done at the gym or at home.  While many exercises I demonstrate use dumbbells and barbells, you can subsitute almost any exercise with just dumbbells.  In the book, I show you how.  For instance, let’s say I have an exercise that calls for a barbell.  In the step-by-step photo instructions section, I have detailed photos and descriptions of that exercise not only being done with a barbell - I show you the same exercise and how to do it using dumbbells.  If you are working out at home, the only thing you’ll need besides dumbbells is a chin-up bar.

Is MAX Workouts for men or women?

Contrary to popular belief, I believe men and women should be doing the same type of workouts.  MAX Workouts is based on athletic training that benefits men and women differently.  Why is that?  Because a man’s body chemistry is different from a woman’s.  It’s really as simple as that.  While both will burn an insane amount of fat, men will build more muscle and get more cut.  Women will really lean out and get toned.  Many women are afraid that if they lift weights they’re going to bulk up.  I can tell you from years of training all my clients with MAX Workouts - nothing could be further from the truth.  When women start lifting a little heavier and performing full body workouts, the result is toned muscles that look sexy - not bulky! 

Is MAX Workouts for beginners, intermediates, or athletes?

I realize that no fitness program is a one size fits all, BUT I have scaled MAX Workouts so that anyone can do it.  There’s 6 months worth of workouts scheduled out for you in the book.  I tell you exactly what to do and on what day of the week.  If you’re a beginner, you’ll start that the very beggining of this schedule so that you can get used to the exercises.  You’ll mainly be using your bodyweight in the beginning and then work your way up into the advanced version of each exercise. 

If you are intermediate or an athlete, you can skip the beginner workouts and move straight into the intermediate workouts.  Even if you are an athlete, I recommend you start at the intermediate level just to make sure you have a good grasp of what you’ll be doing at the advanced level.  You may not be used to some of the exercises or the format that I ask you do perform them in (i.e. intervals and circuits).

How long will the workouts take me?

No workout will take you longer than 30 minutes.  MAX Workouts is based on shorter, higher intesity strength & cardio training.  I also incorporate full-body (functional) exercises, interval training, and circuit training.  Training this way gets you super lean and defined without having to spend hours in the gym each week.  Better yet, your body will recover faster so that you can workout the next day without being too sore or tired.  I reccommend you workout 4-6 days per week.

What is an eBook and why is MAX Workouts only available in this format?

An eBook is a downloadable file (in PDF format) that is readable and printable on any computer.  If you were to buy MAX Workouts today, you would be able to download immediately after your purchase and start the program right away.  No waiting and no shipping charges.

Do I have to be on a strict diet with MAX Workouts?

No.  In fact, I don’t believe in “diets”.  That term usually indicates something you can only do short term.  That said, I do reccommend that you create better eating habits with the goal of acheiving better overall nutrition.  You’ll feel better, have more energy, and of course you’ll lose even more weight. 

While MAX Workouts is not a diet program, it does include nutrition tips to help you make better food choices.  If you are interested in a complete book on how you can create a nutritious lifestyle, checkout “The Diet Solution” by Isabel De Los Rios.  Isabel doesn’t push some extreme, unreasonable way to lose weight.  She actually teaches you how you can make this healthy way of eating into a lifestyle.

Will I need to take supplements while I’m on the program?

No way!  I’m not a fan of supplements (unless you’re talking about fish oils or vitamins) and I will never create a program that requires anything unnatural.  You can (and should) acheive your fitness goals naturally and safely.  Health and wellness simply doesn’t come in a bottle.  So if you’re looking for a “quick fix” without any effort, MAX Workouts probably isn’t for you.  I created MAX Workouts for people who enjoy working out and want to take their fitness and fat-loss to the next level while saving time and working out smarter.

Is it safe to place my order online?
