Before I started MAX Workout, I never considered lifting weights to lose weight...didn't seem appropriate. However, I kept an open mind, got a set of weights, set up a realistic goal and started. Everything was challenging - squeezing the training into my schedule; sticking to the diet. Fortunately, there was the incredible help of Shin’s guidance, the Max Workouts’ articles and forums. I started seeing results already the 1st couple of weeks. Despite that my body hurt everywhere I got energy and at the same was losing weight. My doubts evaporated. On top of it I started sleeping well; my posture got fixed; the signs of depression disappeared and my mood got significantly elevated.
