As I said it is not as dramatic a change as a short person losing a lot of weight. I lost 10 pounds, but put on muscle, my subcutaneous fat is pretty much gone. I went from a size 10 1/2 to an 8, and can now do three unsupported pullups :-)....working for 10! I am 6' tall, so the results don't look as drastic as they feel.
Most important to me is that I have increased my running speed by 10 minutes over 10Km in just three months (just doing the cardio workouts)....which is a very big increment, for those who aren't runners. The dietary changes have totally increased my energy levels and general health...and as a single mother of three, working full time, going back to school full time...that is also a very big deal for me. I love MAX Workouts and recommend them to anyone who asks how I stay so fit.
While visiting my brother in Mpls recently, I joined him for a "boot camp" workout at his gym. He is 10 years younger than I am and does the hour long workout they offer three times a week....by the end of the class (14 participants) I was the only one still able to move and I was just starting to warm up!! :-)
Keep up the good work...and thank you!
