I took before photo at 9 of January and After photo 24 of March....it's 11 weeks, but it's because 25 of March I went away for job and I will stay away for almost two weeks....so I thought it's better to take one week before a photo than one week after of 12 weeks.
My MAX Workout program I did 12 weeks...and I think for me I will continue to do it.....

I wasn't at all skeptical about MAX Workouts, but I wasn't sure if I was the right person to try it because my life style was very chaotic...not so much about workouts, but more about diet. Before I started the program I didn't remember when was the last time I cooked and ate at home. For many years I was always ate out at restaurants and highway bars...vegetables???? I even didn't know "what it tasted like"!!?? I didn't know what It meant to sleep more than 4 hours a night.
But I really needed to change something in my life...so...I tried it.
First two weeks I felt really like a balloon, I felt blown up. I think it's because I never ate so much vegetables and a fruits before, but than from week to week I felt better and better...
And now after 12 weeks I feel me really gooooooooood. Thanx MAX Workouts.
