Believe it or not I have been working out for 30+ years. (You'd never know it from my before photo). These last few years I've caught myself many times looking at all the younger gym members thinking why don't I have that level of energy anymore, thinking it was just my age and it was the reality of getting older. Well, I'm here to tell you that it is not the reality. MAX Workouts didn't just get me into better shape it's given me more energy. When I first looked at the routines the first thing I thought was this is not going to be that hard. Boy was I wrong the workouts were so challenging and exciting I couldn't wait to get to the gym. I hadn't sweat like that in years. For the first time in years I felt alive again at the gym. Energy that I haven't felt in years. Now I'm not nearly as tired at the end of the day as I used to be.
The best part about Max Workouts is how efficient the workouts are. I was from the "old school" of working out thinking you need to spend at least two hours at the gym. Well, you've seen my before picture proving hanging out at the gym for a couple of hours means absolutely nothing!!! It really is about the quality of the workout and not how long you stay at the gym.
