I really enjoy the program and are still continuing with it.
I completed the first 90 days workout and then started with the "second round" of the 90 day program again thereafter. On the first round I was very weak and I felt that I could definitely benefit by doing a "second round" where I increased the weight use with the dumbbells and also managed to do the amount of repetitions as stated. I really enjoy the program and are still continuing with it.
