I was weighing in at 101kg (222lb) when I started this programme. My blood pressure was starting to become an issue and the back was not enjoying carrying around the extra weight. And even though I didn`t think my diet was too bad once I started doing a bit of monitoring I was horrified at the results that came back to stare me in the face. So I started maxworkouts on the last day possible and pretty much hit the gym as soon as I got off the plane after lounging around Cuba for a few weeks. And 12 weeks later I have lost 8kg (17.6lb) and dropped from a 36” waist down to a comfy 32” to 33”. All my pants and shirts are baggy, the blood pressure has returned to normal, my back is behaving itself and I`m loving exercising again. I have to add that I am also getting lots of compliments from friends and people I haven`t seen for ages and my partner has been the most complimentary of all. And best of all I like who I see when I look in the mirror!
