After these 90 days, I have noticed a huge difference. My energy and stamina is through the roof.
I started my MAX Workouts 90 day program on December 8th and finished March 2nd. I have been an athlete my whole life and have always tried to stay in shape. Within the past few years I noticed it was just not as easy to keep weight off. I was used to being in the gym and working out was part of my daily routine.
I am a teacher and a coach and it's important to keep my energy level up and stay in shape. I just couldn't seem to lose the weight though. I knew it was time for something different.
I knew I would be doing to contest over the holidays and was going to be doing lots of traveling. So it was so nice to be able to do the workouts with minimal space and equipment. I never had a problem finding the time or the space to complete a workout.
After these 90 days, I have noticed a huge difference. My energy and stamina is through the roof. I lost almost 10 pounds, but more importantly lost over 13 inches. I enjoy working out and never have an excuse to miss a workout anymore.
