I am constantly battling the weight roller coaster! I am a single mom of two and I not only want to keep fit, but I want to condition my children this way so they will never have to battle the weight game in life.
I've worked out forever, it feels like, but have yet to see the difference in my body. I feel like I workout for nothing. Legs are still flabby, no shape or definition to them what so ever. I really want to wear a two piece bikini and wear it well. I want to tone and define my body before I'm 40 and keep it like that way too.
