88 days ago I was a 37 year old, 132kg couch potato with high blood pressure, cholesterol and indigestion problems who would not blink at consuming over 12 beers a day.
I have been overweight for the majority of my life and have tried everything to slim down and keep it off. Normal diets, crash diets, no carb diets, no fat diets, exercise regimes, injections, detox diets – you name it, I’ve tried it.
After signing up and reading through all the programs I drafted a food list and went shopping for the correct items. I had some weights lying around from another failed attempt to get myself fit, so I dusted them off and set up ‘my gym’. The next day I started the program and haven’t looked back.
Today I am 110kg, off all 3 medications and able to happily run 10km twice a week, over and above the normal MAX Workouts training.
The only downfall and problem I have had during the whole period, is that I have had to completely relook my wardrobe, I'm swimming in my clothes now!!!!
