Step 2:

Turn Up Your Growth Hormone Levels To Fight Against Metabolic Slow Down

Now that you understand it’s a matter of fighting fat first, you need to turn your hormone levels back to “normal” (where they were when you were young) to put your metabolism into fat burning mode

There are only two ways to turn up growth hormone levels:

  • Anti-age hormone therapy (this is around $1,000 a session and includes somatotropin injections)... OR

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts (this style of workout takes around 10-20 minutes total just a few days per week).

You have to plan these workouts correctly to see the benefit, but they are proven to naturally elevate growth hormone levels.

HIIT training also fights against the metabolic slowdown responsible for the fat covering your core by improving insulin sensitivity and increasing fax oxidation.

What you should AVOID at all costs are longer workouts and cardio.
