Reason #1:

Everyone Already Has Visible Abs (Fat is Just Covering Them Up)

You already have abs.

You just can’t see them.

If you can push through your belly fat with your fingers, you can feel them – they are firm and defined, just below the surface.

In order to see them, you don’t need to tone them any more or build up the muscles – no amount of muscle growth in your core is going to help your abs push past the layer of fat covering them up.

To see your abs, you have to get rid of the fat covering them up. Period.

And, no, exercises like crunches do not target-treat fat.

Your body, your metabolism and the hormones that regulate your metabolism determine when and how fat comes off your body. In order to see your abs and have a flatter stomach, you have to get your hormones and metabolism to shed fat from your core.

If you want to get rid of the fat covering your core, you have to understand why it’s there to begin with (that’s Reason #2 crunches don’t work over age 40).
