3. Doing The Wrong Exercises

Not all exercises are effective, especially when it comes to building lean muscle and burning off fat

The more lean muscles you have the more fat you’ll burn… and by far, the best way to build lean muscles is by lifting challenging weights.  That said, you can’t just do any old weight lifting exercises… the type of exercise matters!  Typical bodybuilding isolated exercises like bicep curls and tricep extensions don’t provide your body enough stimulus to re-activate your lagging hormones.

If you want to boost your hormones so you can build lean muscle and burn fat… you need to perform exercises that stimulate as many muscles and expend as much energy as possible at the same time. Using these types of exercises (which I’ll reveal on the next page) will dramatically accelerate your results.
