Doing Long Workouts

Too many people believe that long workouts are the answer to everything. They aren’t.

You don’t need to spend hours on a spin bike pounding out steady state cardio to trigger fat burn. The reality is that most of the time, longer cardio sessions and long workouts in general can actually make it harder for you to lose weight.

So please, stick with me for a moment because, ultimately, the best workouts for you are going to be the workouts that you can actually keep performing consistently (and I firmly believe it’s easier to do a 10 to 15-minute workout at home vs. a 60 minute one that requires a trip to the gym).
