Calisthenic Workout With A Weight Vest (Part 1)

This is a basic calisthenic workout that I like to do when wearing a Kensui Weight Vest. It's a simple combination of pull ups, dips and squats (with a wedge).
The rep count can vary according to your preference and fitness / strength level but my preferred rep count is as follows:
5 Pull Ups
10 Dips
15 Squat
As many times as possible in 20 minutes.
