Try this One-Leg Exercise to Activate More Muscles During Your Workout

So, for this exercise, I’ve chosen the single leg deadlift and combined with an explosive move… the high pull.
I show you 2 versions of this exercise in the video below.
One is slightly more challenging in terms of balance, but the benefits are just the same.
When doing this exercise, try and focus on balance and form for the first half of the exercise, and then immediately change it up and try to generate as much explosive power as possible for the second part.
It’s a great exercise that works completely different aspects of your physiology. Give it a go and see what you think!
