This is a calisthenic workout that only has 2 exercises.
The first exercise is a basic weighted pull up (weight vest) with using a pronated Kensui handles. These handles allow for better pull up biomechanics and is easier on the hands and wrists due to greater surface contact on your hands/palms.
The second exercise is the elevated burpees with a lunge step up. It's an alternative form of the traditional burpees that incorporates lunges. The elevated push up allows for easier transition from the push up to the lunge, without excessive low back flexion, which can be problematic for people that have low back issues. It's not as "hard" as a regular burpee but a great alternative, especially if you suffer from low back issues. It's also easier on the knees since it's less impactful.
