I have been doing sports since the age of 6 and for the past 10 years I am a full-out triathlete, whom is now using your workouts as cross training during the winter to strengthen the body for the upcoming season.
For the little I have done since mid-December, when I do get out onto the road I am feeling amazingly strong and I have not even started training outdoors yet. Just today, doing today's cardio workout on the road I was thinking on how great I am feeling body wise, so I am already looking forward to the racing season and I still have 2 months of workouts to do. I just can't wait!
