I have been doing the MAX Workouts program for about ten weeks now and I absolutely love it. I have been working out since I was twelve-years old and have tried many different workout programs but this is exactly what I have been searching for.
I just recently stopped playing professional hockey and took a job in the oil-field industry and I wish I had this program in my playing days. I was familiar with the Tabata protocol before starting the MAX Workouts program but I was searching for a more structured routine that I could follow, which is exactly what I found.
The quick and ultra-effective workouts work great with my busy schedule and I am in better shape now than I was mid-season as a hockey player.
