Before purchasing MAX Workouts I would workout regularly and never saw any drastic results. I wasn't overweight but my body just did not look and feel the way I wanted it to.

The problem was that I would do exercises that I thought would work by checking out what other guys in the gym were doing. Also, I believed that since I worked out so often I did not have to worry about my diet.
