I have always been a fit, active person my whole life. I am a black belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, previously fighting in Japan in Pancrase (Japanese version of UFC) and competing in National and World Brazillian Jiu Jitsu championships for the past fifteen years.

I regularly went to the gym and ran miles to get stronger and fitter....or so I thought! After reading your philosophy on training and conditioning, and diet I thought I would give your program a go.

After the 90 day program I shed 15 pounds (didn't think I had 15 pounds to lose), increased my muscular endurance significantly, my core strength improved and my mental toughness to push through the pain barrier surprised me the most.

Also, by doing varied basic full body movement exercises my niggling injuries began to disappear, especially my lower back and right shoulder (old fighting injury).
