The information that Shin has provided in the way of research and the exercise methods not only makes sense, but has good scientific evidence to validate [the MAX Workouts program]. I for one am a testimonial to the fact that I'm spending far less time in the gym than I ever have…The workouts are more intense than they've ever been.
Let me tell ya, if you spend even 3-4 days a week doing these workouts, you'll be in better shape than you've EVER been in!
