I’m an actor, acting teacher and director. I’ve been working with body language all my professional life. The body is my instrument.

I’ve been training for many years, from time to time with a personal trainer. Result: 4 disk trauma in my neck. The doctors wanted to operate. I refused. I believe that the right type of workout is the better way to repair such damage.

I searched the internet, and found MAX Workouts.  Shin Ohtake's ideas and his method; a modern way of exercising old classic East- tradition and high-intensity, works for me.

Since I began MAX Workouts, I’ve lost over 12 kilos and got new strength in every inch of my body! Even the neck!  I’m taking part of MAX Workouts every week and I’m adapting the exercises to my personal goals.

Shin is a most wonderful coach. His advice and lessons are very familiar to me. He is respectful, he is not trying to sell me products.  I’ve recommended the MAX Workout to my actors students, colleges and friends. My wife and my children are exercising now with good results.

The damages in my neck are just a memory now. I’ve got my life back.
