I’ve tried to keep fit all my life, and run/ cycle/ work out in gym approx 3 times per week. I still play football every Monday night. But as I get older I find it harder to maintain progress. I want to retain fitness levels and control my weight as I age.
A few months ago I worked with some sport and exercise MSc students, and one of them recommended Shin’s website. I’ve signed up for the programme and have seen immediate benefits, even after just having returned from a 2 week cruise!
I really like the high intensity of the programme. Too often I see people in the gym who don’t work hard enough. Shin’s programmes let you engage in high intensity resistance work, and this is really beneficial. I also like the interval cardio work, I really feel the benefits after a just short period of exercise - ideal if you’ve a busy schedule.
