I have always been the type that didn't have a lot of muscle and when I gained weight it was in my belly.  With the MAX Workouts program and Lean Body Diet, I was able to gain lean muscle while losing fat in my midsection.  I gained 1 inch on each arm and 3 inches around my chest while losing 3 inches in my waist.  My legs are stronger than ever and much more defined.  

I am beginning to believe a six pack may be attainable for me if I keep working!  My cholesterol has been high for a while but after this my overall number has came back into the normal range and my triglycerides, and LDL (bad cholesterol have dropped significantly) while my HDL has improved.  

This workout program is great and doesn't require as much time as most.  I love the high intensity workouts and plan to keep doing them.
