I have always been a “Big Guy”, I used to be 310 lbs and I was slowly losing weight over the last couple years. Then I hit a wall stayed at the same weight of between 225-230 lbs. I lost inspiration to workout because I had no results to show for my HOURS of hard work in the gym. I started steering away from working out because I had no results.

Then I got in a really bad head-on-collision car accident. I wasn’t able to workout for about 2 months and I was extremely depressed. But I told myself if I healed from these injuries that I would not take life for granted. Then I stumbled upon MAX Workout on the Internet.

Not only did it give me the best results I ever experience, it gave me back the energy to be active and live life to the fullest. I was no longer depressed.  Unfortunately I lost my before measurements for my chest, waist, etc. but I look a lot smaller than I started.
