In 2003, I had a traumatic brain injury and it changed my life.  The doctors said I was brain dead.  I stayed in rehab for 3 1/2 years.  During that time, I lost most of my muscle tone because I was unable to work out like I had been before.  Fast forward, 10 Years, I was getting fatter and fatter and more out of shape, I was tired all the time and decided I needed a change in my life.

In January 13, 2013, I started the MAX Workouts program.  I was very pleased with the workouts, they are very intense, but it only lasts about 20 to 30 minutes which is great for me, being a busy dad with 2 little kids.  I loved how the workouts switched things up and kept it very interesting.  The focus of a high calorie burn is the intensity and boy does this have that.  But what's great is that it's all starting from where your body is at - you can do this even if you are greatly out of shape.  That is where I started.

After the first week, I felt more energized and healthy.  My wife started noticing a difference in my body right away!  It was amazing, I lost about 5 lbs the first week alone, and that was just the beginning.  The weight and inches continually melted off after this.  See my results in the pics...it is no lie!  In the end I shed 14 inches and lost 29 lbs in 90 days!

When I get my personal training back in motion, I am SURE going to use these workouts I learned in this program and endorse this program the best I can for it has really changed my life!
