I feel so much stronger now and I can easily go out and keep up with friends when they go out hiking on the bigger mountains that are around my area!

Although the numbers are fairly close to one another, the amount of fat that has been converted into muscle is amazing!  I have tons of energy and I now have the confidence to take off my shirt and I feel great about the accomplishment I have achieved through just this one program!  I feel so much stronger now and I can easily go out and keep up with friends when they go out hiking on the bigger mountains that are around my area!
